Cystic Fibrosis Awareness month. May 2012 has prompted me to set myself a challenge.
This is to complete, revise and prepare my novel for publication later in the year.
Okay, I can hear you ask what has that to do with Cystic Fibrosis?
The book is about how four member of a family cope with the disease while attempting to retain normality in their lives. Their different approaches lead to problems, some easily solved while others are more damaging and require forgiveness and understanding.
The people I encountered in my research were so inspiring I wanted to do something to help raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. This is why I have decided to donate £1 or $1 from the royalties of every book sold to CF related charities.
I need help to promote the book so that when it is published later in the year it sells enough copies to generate a substantial income for the chosen charities, as well as raising awareness of the disease.
